1. Please place orders a day before delivery date. We process orders from 17.00 to 24.00 everyday for next day delivery. We also do same day delivery, cut-off time 3 pm. However, same day delivery will ONLY be done after confirmation from us. - Contact us.

2. Normally, we deliver flower in 1 to 2 hrs time but in certain circumstances such as busy or raining day, delayed delivery might occur, so please understand if we cannot deliver on requested time. Please refer to our delivery policy.
