All flowers
will be delivered within 24 hours after payment received. However if the
delivery date is on Sundays or public
holidays, the deliveries will be made on the
next day, or on the first working day after the holidays.
Deliveries on Sunday will only be made on festive seasons and
upon special requests and confirmation from us (KL Florist). For deliveries on Sundays, orders must be
placed at least 3 days before delivery date. An extra charge RM20
will be levied on the delivery charge if it is not a Valentine
day.
To
avoid any late deliveries especially on Valentine's Day,
Mother's Day, and other festive seasons, customers are advised to
make orders at least two days earlier to ensure the availability
of stocks. However we do not guarantee the deliveries will be
made on time.
If
under certain unfortunate circumstances whereby we are unable
to fulfill your order, then we would either reverse the credit
card transaction, or attempt to fulfill the order again, subject
to your preference.
If the
recipient is not at home/office/recipient address or there is
nobody to accept the flower during the delivery time, we will
contact the recipient to collect the flower at florist operating time.
This is standard courier service procedure where when recipient
is not at home, they have to collect at the collection centre.
Redelivery is only be made if the recipient or sender agreed to
pay the redelivery charge.
