3. Eshop Xplore cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed by incorrect information or declined credit cards or any other unexpected reasons.

4. Balloons: We reserve the right to substitute a similar balloon if your chosen one is out of stock or out of production.

5. Chocolates and teddy bears may vary from that shown but will be the same quality and price value.

6. A signature is required by the recipient upon the delivery.

7. Some flowers may be substituted from the image shown due to season and availability of flowers by the local delivery florist but will be of the same value.

8. Proof of Delivery of all Products is obtained by a signature on delivery. Duplicate Payments or Orders Cancelled will be refunded the full amount minus the 3% credit card transaction fee we have to pay.

9. AM/PM and dates and preferred delivery times are not guaranteed .All efforts will be made to deliver on the specified date and time as requested.

10. Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.

11. Whilst we agree to use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that delivery will be on the requested delivery date you acknowledge that flowers will be delivered via a local florist and in very occasional circumstances delivery on the requested terms will not be possible. In such circumstances you will be given prior notice wherever possible and we shall either make alternative arrangements or shall reimburse your payment in full if undelivered. Your statutory rights are not affected
